How it works when you order ?
✨ you choose the size of your mug : 3 sizes available, and handle on option
✨ you choose a color for your text
✨ you write the text EXACTLY like you want it (all texts will be engraved in upper cases but i don't change the text if there is a mistake)
Because they are made on request, I cannot do any refund or exchange.
Please keep in mind that the making process takes several days - once you mug is shaped, i wait for it to be dried. Then I fire it twice and glaze it - it take ' to 5 days for firing and glazing. The whole process takes approximatly 2 weeks. I send it as soon as it is ready !
